today was the teacher's day celebration, and the day i came back after my mc. yesterday i went to the doctor coz my arm hurt really bad. okay, the short version of what happened. when i went out with the jap students, while i was getting off the bus, the door slammed on my left side of my body. to be honest, i think it just killed the pain coz my whole arm went numb. yeah~ha.
anyways, it started hurting everytime i stretched or even moved my arm so we went to a doctor who referred us to get an x-ray which we did. i was totally nervous then coz i didnt want to get a fracture or anything. thankfully, at the most, it was just probably nerve damage. =phew= thank you lord for protecting me.
so i was walking around with some funky black elbow guard thing. it looked like i had tennis elbow or something, which reminds me i wanna take up tennis again -i miss it so much. and we still had to serve tea and give gifts to the teachers. thank heavens the teacher i was suppose to give didnt come. wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee. anyways, watched the last 5 - 10 minutes of the teachers' day performance. hahaha. we were all joking at the back of the hall coz we didnt really know what was happening exactly.
stayed back coz i had a bio test. derek kept disturbing me while i was cramming last minute beforehand. i felt like hitting him. haaha. dumb disciple. NEVER DISTURB THE MASTER. hahahaha.
while i was taking the test, i recieved a plateful of chocolate fondue with some fruits. woots. i love chocolate fondue. it's so yummy. havent eaten it in ages. thanks!! aaaaah, the benefit of taking the test inside the staffroom.
after that, i waited with damien and kean thong as we watched the uppersec floorball competition. at first it was kinda boring but later as it progressively got rougher, it was more interesting. sad to admit, that violence was the key to make it more fascinating.
after that, went with mevalia to balestier to watch a movie, the devil wears prada. verrrrry nice. i really liked it a lot. although we missed a bit of the beginning, i felt that the story didnt follow the book, kinda sad really coz i read the book first and i was hoping it would be the same. MIRANDA PRIESTLY IS MY IDOL. hahha. she rocks. to be that influential and cunning, well, it's a dog-eat-dog world. so what she did was typically life.
